The selection process for this nationwide opportunity is very competitive and our agency’s application was rated very high among an especially talented group of organizations.

A crowd of 80 Burke County residents gathered at the Morganton Community House Tuesday, May 24th, to enjoy an evening of dinner, dessert, and direct talk around mental health and substance abuse.
The event titled, “Dinner, Dessert, & Direct Talk: Reducing Stigma, Finding Solutions, and Increasing Hope,” did just that as speakers shared stories of recovery, inspiration, and collaborative initiatives in Burke County that are improving and saving lives.

honor employees and review 2015 highlights for the Morganton-based comprehensive care agency.
The 2016 event was held in late February at the Mimosa Hills Country Club in Morganton.
