​A Caring Alternative, LLC is a nationally CARF accredited behavioral health service provider with Morganton, Marion, Hickory, and Asheville, NC. We provide an array of services to Alexander, Buncombe, Burke, Catawba, Caldwell, McDowell, Mitchell, Iredell, Lincoln, Ashe, Avery, Watauga, Wilkes, Rutherford, and Yancey counties which consist of Assertive Community Treatment Team, Community Support Team, Day Treatment, Integrated Care, Intensive In-Home, Medication Management, Outpatient Therapy, and Therapeutic Foster Care. We are CARF accredited, and CABHA certified.

 

All applicants must be deeply committed to a high quality of mental health care for the client. Many positions require travel daily in the local community to provide skill-building and supportive counseling and assist the consumer in developing critical daily living and coping skills.

 

All individuals must meet these additional requirements:

  • Must have a clean driving record and current NC driver’s license.

  • Must have a successful criminal background check and two satisfactory references.
